Micron size graphite dispersed in water for low to moderate metal forging applications. Exelforge WGF is ideal even for hammer forging and small extrusions.

  EXELFORGE HFL-100 PREMIUM

Micronized graphite combined with lamellar solid lubricants Exelforge HFL-100 Premium provides good lubricity and releasing properties. Moderate to heavy-duty forgings like deep cavity jobs and large forging components.

  EXELFORGE EXT-50

High solid lubricants based compound that form a stable film on hot surfaces. Exelforge EXT-50 is specifically for mandrel and rolling applications in carbon steel tubes. Can also used for extrusion jobs in forging applications.

  EXELFORGE CF-40

Combination of lamellar solid dispersed in water for demanding application of cold forging / extrusion. Exelforge CF-40 forms a reactive film on the components for easy metal flow and formation. Can be used for all type of components in cold forging. Cost effective and better performance.

  EXELFORGE HFL-30

Optimum forging lubricant based on micron size solid lubricants & is ideal for moderate forging and extrusions. Extreme pressure additives and ester provide good releasing properties.

  EXELFORGE GLF-22

Graphite less polymer base forging lubricant for moderate extrusion and forging applications. Exelforge GLF-22 helps in keeping cleaner work-environments. Ideal for smaller components with better forging quality.

  EXELFORGE SFO

Graphite dispersed in mineral oil for difficult extrusions and forging like shell forging. Provides excellent lubricity to decrease the rejection ratio and increases the die life and production.

  EXELFORGE OGE-30

High percentage, high purity micronized graphite dispersed in high flash base oil and ester for complex jobs in extrusion and deep cavity jobs. Can be used for various metals like steel, aluminum, copper etc.
